We develop and deliver a suite of products and services that help make JPMorgan Chase an employer of choice and drive our business forward.Responsibilities include: Partnering with the Head of HR and the HR Operating Committee ('HROC') to define, drive and execute the function's strategy including its robust transformation agenda Develop and maintain financial targets and performance metrics including those that support the shift to a Product Operating Model. Enforcing financial discipline, including analyzing areas of investment, identifying operational efficiencies and creating strategies to reduce costs - providing data-driven insights to inform planning and resource optimization Evaluating business performance including using KPIs and other service oriented indicators to understand and plan for financial implications Partnering with the HROC to identify and report on key financial, operational, control and organizational metrics to improve the business efficiency Developing, analyzing and optimizing key inputs to functional and business performance including vendor spend, location strategy and operating models Delivering the annual financial budget, along with ongoing tracking of the financial performance relative to the budget - evaluate, track, and support the mitigation of key financial risks to HR operations and initiatives Driving transformation of financial and headcount reporting processes to support all necessary financial views. Maintain full transparency regarding the HR organization's monthly financial performance. Cascade information to relevant leaders in the organization. Developing and delivering business reviews and budget presentations to Senior Management including but not limited to the President of JPMC, the CFO of JPMC, the Head of HR, as well as members of the HR Operating Committee Managerial oversight of financial and impact metric reporting for the DEI organization and agenda, working to lead and influence outcomes with and across all relevant stakeholders Firmwide Lead and influence - on behalf of the HR function - across the Firm. Partner with OCFO (P&A, Controllers) and HR leadership to drive both BAU and transformation efforts (includes forecasting, external reporting, tech prioritization and controls) Qualifications: 15+ years of finance and overall business management experience in a complex financial organization Knowledge & experience with HR initiatives or in a human resources organization preferred Experienced in the analysis of monthly financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting A solutions-oriented strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, sound judgment, decision making abilities, and used to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Detail and control-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to engage and influence a broad range of individuals across groups and key support functions, especially at the senior level Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong ability to influence change and present complex and sensitive issues to senior management Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities with attention to detail and logical thought process Ability to learn new concepts, systems, processes and initiatives Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and laterally Superior time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize both day-to-day activities and longer-term projects Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing large scale projects and interacting with people across all levels of the organization Excellent judgment, conflict resolution skills and interpersonal skills Results driven, action oriented and creative problem solver Comfortable with ambiguity, adapts to change and navigates large organizations with confidence Strong leadership skills, Finance and business management expertise, strong collaboration and influencing skills.
