Responsibilities

The Corporate HR Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating all policies and procedures in support of company goals & strategies:

• Collaborate with division HR Managers to create & update HR processes
• Work closely with HR Director and leadership to develop HR initiatives
• Maintain working knowledge of regulatory changes to HR & Safety protocol
• Facilitate professional development, talent management, and training
• Gather, analyze, and consolidate a variety of data for related KPIs
• Provide guidance to HR Managers and division leaders
• Travel up to 25%
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience (Manufacturing environment preferred)
• Understanding of OSHA, Worker's Compensation, and Federal Wage & Hour
