The Opportunity:

We are actively searching for a Corporate Key Account Manager - KAM to join our dynamic B2B Sales team in the Northeast USA region. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be working remotely from a home office, with the preference of a Boston-based location as your base.

The Corporate Key Account Manager will report to the National Sales Manager, Corporate Sales. This role is responsible for growing a set of assigned Fortune 1000 accounts and positioning themselves as an advisor to help solve unique problems and customize solutions. You will apply sales project management skills to ensure project and account growth success and collaborate with other teams to identify, develop, and close IT and AV opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance LG's market share with large regional accounts (Fortune 1000).
  • Technical Solution Mapping: Understand the business of each end-user and map technical requirements to LG Electronics solutions.
  • Business Planning: Create comprehensive business plans that encompass overall revenue and unit targets.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Participate in the design and execution of the go-to-market strategy.
  • Pipeline Observation: Provide timely observation of pipeline trends and generate reports.
  • Forecast Management: Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management.
  • Inventory Optimization: Oversee channel and LG inventory levels for optimal efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks with support from the Inside Sales team.
  • Brand Representation: Represent LG Electronics at trade shows and other speaking engagements.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in AV Network solutions.
  • Experience in AV Technologies, including Large Format Displays and digital signage content.
  • Strong proficiency in Large Format and Small Format Display sales.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Solid business acumen in sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Knowledge of AV System Virtualization.
  • Technical sales experience with excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM is a plus.
  • A desire to stay updated with new technology and training.
  • Availability and willingness to travel up to 60% to customer sites.
