Our Client:

This client is a growing mid-sized law firm with several locations throughout New York state. They are looking for a Corporate Attorney to join their Corporate & Business Practice group. This is an in-office position in downtown Rochester, NY. Salary is in the $110-150k range plus bonus, with room at the top for the right individual. You ll also bring strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills. What To Expect As a Corporate Attorney:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of corporate agreements including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financial/securities offerings, and corporate governance documents
• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on corporate transactions and compliance matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client initiatives and case strategies
• Represent clients in corporate negotiations, meetings, and transactions
• Keep abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends to ensure the highest level of service to clients

Qualifications For Success:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in the State of NY
• 2+ years experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong understanding of corporate law principles and regulations
• Possess strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in submitting work products of a high standard
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence
