Our client is a top firm, seeking a corporate associate in class years 2018-2020 in New York, to work on domestic and international corporate matters across a range of industries. The salary range is between $235,000 - $265,000, depending upon experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of corporate law experience, which includes SEC reporting, public and private offerings, M&A, and general corporate work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong client-interfacing skills.
• NY bar admission required.
• Strong academic credentials.
