Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking a corporate associate with venture capital and M&A experience for its New York office. The salary range for this role is between $235,000 to $310,000.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of law firm experience in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.
• Superior academic credentials required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; team focused.
• New York bar admission [or ability to become admitted].
