Our client is a top 100 AM Law firm who is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 2-6 years of relevant loegal experience to join their dynamic Transactions Practice Group.

This position offers the opportunity to work in one of their offices located in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or New York.

About the Role

As part of their growing and collaborative team, you'll handle a variety of complex and high-impact work, including:

• Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) financings.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions.
• General Corporate Counseling for a diverse client base, including publicly and privately held companies, private equity funds, investors, and entrepreneurs.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who bring:

• Experience with venture capital/early-stage financings, mergers, acquisitions, private equity, dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions.
• Sophisticated document drafting and project management skills.
• A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic.
• Comfort with direct interaction with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.
