This firm is investing heavily into the continued growth of its global M&A/PE group which provides its blue chip client list that consists of the multinational corporations, private equity firms, financial sponsors and investors with expert representation in market-leading M&A and Private Equity transactions.

The Role:

In this role, you will advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with the market's most cutting-edge mergers, strategic acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate matters, working closely with prominent clients across a variety of industries. Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience handling M&A transactions, a good understanding of corporate law and market terms and substantial experience in drafting transaction documents and effective deal management.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the State of New York.
• Ability to take on a high level of responsibilities and work with autonomy in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
