This position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicates with internal and external contacts to address customer needs and engage in sales conversations.
- Provides technical & instructional support for customers. Hosts live meetings, trainings, and webinars.
- Assists with maintenance of menu and recipe databases.
- Communicates with key internal and external stakeholders to coordinate set-up and maintenance of Menu Solutions customers.
- Assists with the set up and maintenance of customer shopping lists utilizing USFO.
- Conducts testing of new technology and documents best practices for customers and salesforce.
- Remains knowledgeable and current with the dietetic profession, maintaining continuing education credits as established by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensure in state of residence (if applicable).
Relationships:
- Internal: Support office staff including Corporate Account Coordinators, Directors of Sales & Service, Business Solutions Specialists and others. Distribution center staff including Region Field Leaders, Area VP of National Sales, Business Development Teams, National Sales Managers, Account Executives & Account Coordinators
- External: US Foods Customers (existing & prospective): selling, training, giving, and receiving information and resolving issues
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) credentials required; Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR); licensure in state of residence (if applicable).
Related Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in cycle menu planning and foodservice operations; customer service experience and cycle menu approval experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Registered Dietitian; computer literacy; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks; analytical, creative planning and organization skills; knowledge of Cbord, MealSuite or other menu planning software; knowledge of USDA Nutrient Database.
Universal Pay Verbiage:
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000 - $80,000.
This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
