Description
- Serve as a leader corporate governance program
- Become a subject matter expert with respect to corporate policies, procedures, and controls
- Develop, implement, and oversee such policies and procedures
- Oversee the management of all corporate books, records, and filings
- Maintain intellectual property roster and manage new trademark applications
- Serve as liaison between insurance brokers and management team
- Manage legal service process strategies and monitor ongoing litigation
Profile
- A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of corporate governance experience are required
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
- Prior law firm or corporate paralegal experience is preferred.
