This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Governance: Manage entity formations, dissolutions, name changes, and updates to corporate structure charts. Maintain legal and corporate records.Project Coordination: Work with internal legal teams and external advisors on matters involving investment advisers, affiliated funds, and portfolio companies.Transactional Support: Assist in the coordination of transaction documents, closing binders, and legal filings, including SEC and regulatory securities filings.KYC Process: Oversee know-your-customer tasks, including form completion, notarization, apostilling, and responding to follow-ups from counterparties.Legal Document Management: Organize and track legal documents, ensuring efficient retrieval and compliance.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 3 years of corporate paralegal experience at a top law firm or investment company.Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program. Paralegal certification preferred.Expertise in corporate governance, entity management, and project coordination.Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions is a strong plus.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with global teams and external law firms.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information.Interested in hearing more?
