Gesmer Updegrove LLP seeks an experienced Corporate Partner to continue growing our renowned Corporate and Transactional practice. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of corporate law experience and a considerable amount of time spent at law firms or in-house at private companies. The candidate should have an extensive background in private company M&A and financings (debt, convertible debt, equity, SAFEs) and general corporate matters (licensing, NDAs, services contracts, etc.). A proven business development and marketing track record are essential. The position is based in Boston, MA; however, remote work is possible for the right candidate.
