About:

A well-established, mid-sized law firm in New York are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join their collaborative culture and commitment to client success. The role will involve leading and managing complex corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance. You will also mentor and guide junior attorneys and collaborate with partners across the firm to ensure the seamless delivery of multi-disciplinary legal services to clients.

Experience:

The desired candidate will have;

• Over eight years of corporate law experience.
• A JD degree from an accredited law school & admission to the New York State Bar.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• A successful track record in business development with a portable book of business is preferred.
