Location: Telecommuting / remote from within the US

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to provide operational support in delivering corporate-level global leadership for highly strategic growth opportunities as Oracle works with Product Partners in new business models, inbound licensing arrangements, M&A integration, and ecosystem development.

Description:

You will be an important member of the Product Partnerships team, operationally supporting the team in key efforts to create efficiencies across the organization and the company. This would include partnership renewals, terminations, report database and website management, and working in a support role for M&A integration on post-closing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal business requirements and stakeholders to deliver timely results to your internal customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, operations, sales, finance, legal) to complete agreement approvals for usage expansions, terminations, and renewals.
  • Run monthly report processes and the report database, reviewing team updates in preparation for report running.
  • Manage the group's internal website, addressing technical issues and posting updates.
  • Support Diligence Lead in post-closing integration of approved usage and remediation plans of third-party IP.
  • Experience Profile:

    5+ years of business experience in technology, with relevant experience in operations, contract management/paralegal, working on complex partnerships and/or acquisitions.

    Understanding of contract terms and potential interpretation to address simple questions by Product Engineering groups.

    Experience working in an organization licensing of third-party IP.

    Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting systems.

    Key interpersonal traits: intellectual curiosity, collaboration, creativity, adaptability, and integrity.
