Responsibilities:

  • Program Direction: Develop and implement strategic federal gov't programs aligned with organizational objectives; manage program budgets, timelines, and resources; establish and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, utilizing appropriate project management methodologies; conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans; track and report on project progress and key performance indicators.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including government representatives; proactively address client needs and ensure program success.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams; provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback; foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Strategic Growth: Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes; contribute to long-term strategic planning; identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • PMP Certification required.
  • 5+ years of progressive program leadership experience within the federal government sector.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience in financial management and budget development.
  • This position requires U.S. Citizenship.
