Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Role:The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. In addition, we own and operate a portfolio of over 70 stores with a stated goal of reaching 100 stores by the end of 2025. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment: •Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.Candidate Sourcing and ATS Management: •Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract diverse candidates.•Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.•Manage all active job postings and keep both hiring managers and candidates informed through the hiring processesScreening & Interviewing: •Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.•Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.Candidate Experience: •Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.•Manage candidate onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation logistics.Collaboration & Reporting: •Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.•Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.Market Research: •Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.•Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote IREGC as an employer of choice.Essential Duties & Responsibilities (continued):•Conduct regular surveys and assessments to measure employee sentiment.•Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication.•Provide guidance and support to management and employees during periods of change. RequirementsExperience:•Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within retail industry •1+ year of recruiting agency experience •360/Full Desk Recruiting experience is required •Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.•Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.•Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.•Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Physical Requirements:•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, use a computer, and present information to groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public in English.•Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.•Be stationary for prolonged periods of time.•Stooping, bending, twisting, reaching and repetitive motion may be required in completion of job duties.•Must be able to lift 10+ pounds.??•Regular travel is required for this role.
