- Posting all roles in applicant tracking system and various platforms
- Review resumes and disposition accordingly
- Conduct candidate screening
- Schedule candidates for one on one interviews with hiring manager
- Source resumes on LinkedIn and Indeed
- Update and maintain all recruitment reports
- Maintain job description and candidate files
Quals--
- 5+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably for both technical and corporate functions
- Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Recruiting experience using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Creative mindset for suggesting ideas that improve talent pool sources.
- Ability to develop and communicate appropriate metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed in response to change.
- Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills
- Experience with employment practices and human resource policies and procedure
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
