LHH is currently partnering with a financial services company in the McLean, VA seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, with the ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. As a Contract Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify top talent, ensure timely hiring, and help maintain a seamless recruiting process. Prior experience working in a large global organization or corporate environment is required. The hourly pay rate ranges between $43-$48 based on experience. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases, etc.).
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and assist in the offer letter process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment strategies, tools, and resources.
  • Adhere to recruitment metrics and performance targets, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a recruiter (2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience working in diverse industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in technical or IT roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and sourcing platforms.
