Job Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the recruitment process. The process has to be properly designed and implemented. The Recruiter assists with building a healthy relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors. The Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the development of the recruitment team in human resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.WHAT PREMIER OFFERS:

    • Assist with developing recruitment strategies and programs to achieve required staffing levels.
    • Assist with developing advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
    • Meet with managers to develop specific recruiting plans.
    • Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff.
    • Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
    • Assist with developing and conducting training programs for managers with a goal of improving recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reducing turnover.
    • Research, analyze, prepare and present hiring statistics.
    • Maintain records on recruiting activities as required.
    • Participate in development of annual recruiting budget.
    • Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
    • Other duties as assigned.LEAD RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Leadership skills.
      • Social Media Knowledge.
      • 1+ years' experience in the Recruitment discipline.
      • Ability to communicate effectively to Management to ensure compliance.
      • Experience developing and/or delivering Recruitment programs.
      • Proficient with job boards and ATS.
      • Google and Microsoft suite.
