About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter with at least two years of experience in talent acquisition to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates who align with our core values.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies, ensuring cultural fit based on our values.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Leverage job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other channels to identify and attract qualified talent.
- Initial Screening:
- Conduct in-depth screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values and organizational goals.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, providing a seamless experience and highlighting our value-driven culture.
- Applicant Tracking System:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Best Practices:
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices, emphasizing alignment with our values during the hiring process.
- Metrics and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recommend improvements.
- Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market developments to maintain competitive recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to assess and convey cultural fit.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
