Addison Group is partnering with a client known for its dynamic and collaborative talent acquisition team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Job Description:

The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, focusing on sourcing top talent, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Initially, this position requires on-site presence five days per week, with a transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after one month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage up to 15 requisitions at a time, with a mix of complex and non-complex roles.
• Source and attract top talent using creative and strategic recruitment methods.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Use ATS tools to track requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices.
• Provide consultative talent acquisition guidance and design interview processes where necessary.
• Analyze recruitment data to refine hiring processes and meet hiring goals.
• Organize and coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build a proactive network of potential candidates through ongoing market research and relationship building.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, handling complex roles.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume requisitions efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a clear and proactive communication style.
• Adept at working in collaborative environments with diverse personalities.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with iCIMS preferred but not required).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured, apprentice-style learning system.
