As a Corporate Services Associate at WxTite you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming visitors in the office
* Providing training to staff on new or updated operational procedures
* Assisting with any recruiting needs
* Assist with travel arrangements
* Shipping / Receiving of daily office mail & package
* General office duties, such as purchasing office supplies, coordinating vendors supply, and miscellaneous administrative assistance to office project teams
* Supporting employee benefits enrollment and assist with inquiries.
* Supporting new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
* Facilitating termination processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Acting as a liaison between departments, associates, and management to streamline processes.
* Facilitating communication with external vendors and service providers.
* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
A successful Corporate Services Associate will be/have:
* Fluent in Spanish
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or 1-5 years of experience in, customer services or HR/Recruitment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
