Prefer Of Counsel/Partner level candidates but will consider Senior Associates with demonstrated experience needed. Can be located in the Firm's Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio or Maine office locations. The successful candidate will work in one of the premier Corporate practices in the Midwest on interesting and sophisticated matters. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. The person hired for this position will be part of a dedicated team.Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in Securities Reporting and M&A in a large regional or national law firm. Ideal candidates will have experience handling routine securities filings, merger & acquisition transactions and other business transactions.
