This is a global role, reporting to the Head of Transformation and Business Development, and the individual will work with RiceTec employees in the United States, South America, and India. The Corporate Strategy and Partnerships Manager will create shared understanding and collaboration across different regions to support the implementation of RiceTec's corporate strategy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCreate insights for development of new digital and sustainability products
- Conducts financial analysis of new business opportunities, including market size and estimated P&Ls.
- Performs quantitative and qualitative research on potential partners for digital and sustainability products.
- Project manages and supports the development, design, and pilot of the digital and sustainability products.
Manage Partnerships and Deals Committee
- Sets the meeting agenda and organizes pre-reads and meeting minutes.
- Works with deal owners to complete agreed actions and anticipates resource needs to manage deal pipeline.
- Tracks overall progress of deals for committee members and Board reports.
Coordinate Development of Company Multi-year Plan
- Sets process for multi-year plan with Finance, prepares templates and guidance, and supports departments in compiling the plan elements into a coherent plan.
- Collaborates with multiple functions to provide relevant information, especially when new information or analysis is necessary
Track Strategic Initiatives
- Works with IT and owners of strategic initiatives to use digital tool to track progress and project manage key activities for strategic initiatives.
- Reports on the corporate strategy progress to various internal stakeholders in a standardized format and cadence
Board Meeting Support
- Builds the agenda for Board meetings by working closely with the CEO and Head of Transformation and Business Development.
- Supports the departments in the development of Board presentations.
QUALIFICATIONSExperience
- 8+ years of experience working in a growth environment, preferably in global companies with sustainable business models or sustainable products.
- Experience working as a consultant for 3+ years.
- Experience with digital products and/or agriculture will be a plus.
- Very collaborative, excellent communication skills, written and oral; excellent presentation skills; comfortable in working with higher leadership levels and comfortable making decisions.
- Experience in working with diverse cultures.
- Finance acumen. Familiar with using Excel to build simple business models.
Communication
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Software Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA from accredited institution highly preferred

- Capable to travel domestic and internationally. Able to pass drug test.
International Experience: Experience in working with diverse cultures and complex legal and business environments. Ability to coordinate efforts across business units and time zone.
