Job Description:
Corporate Training Manager Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Training Manager to join our energetic and committed team that supports our mission; helping patients take their life back! This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have passion for training and talent development. In this role, you will manage our current team of trainers across the organization, as well as add to the team and training curriculum. Serenity Healthcare is a rapidly growing, multi-state healthcare technology company that has grown 130% annually over the past 7 years *This position is on-site at our Lehi, Utah or Fort Worth, TX office. Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our existing corporate training team
  • Search for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and better patient outcomes
  • Research new training supplies and materials that can enhance Serenity's training procedures while providing value to employees
  • Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training
  • Lead programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes
  • Communicate with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are met
  • Set up executive or leadership development programs for lower-level employees
  • Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or field of study and/or equivalent experience (Training, Development & Quality Assurance).
  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a corporate training manager or similar role
  • Strong teaching abilities and management skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Availability to travel one week per month.
