Manage and provide guidance, leadership, coaching and training to assigned staffAccountable for Corporate Travel and Expense programs and department performanceReview and analyze travel data reporting to make decisions regarding the departmentOversee the processing of travel arrangements for employees at all levelsResponsible for accuracy of inter-department reportingVerify hotel invoices for legitimacy and accuracyReview, code, and process hotel invoices into the AP software to generate vendor checksReview, code, and create expense reports for monthly Finance MasterCardApprove employee reimbursements and Petty Cash reports through the Concur Expense applicationEnforce Company and Departmental policies and proceduresReview and approve expense report audits that have gone through the skip workflowPrepare weekly Posting sheets and re-bill items for FHNB & DPI reports filed on ExpenseMaintain Concur software training updatesAssist employees with questions or concerns regarding travel or expense related issuesWork with hotel vendors to upload preferred rates into the GDSAssist the Accounting Department with reconciliation of expense related itemsDirect Liaison to TMC, car agencies and hotel contactsWork directly with Admins for group travel (example: Annual In Store Conference, Branch and ABM meetings, Training, etc.)Regular and predictable attendance and punctualitySome travel may be requiredOther duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of timeConstantly operate a computer and other office machineryAbility to lift up to 25 poundsFCBI is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements At least 18 years of ageBachelors Degree in Business required, emphasis in Management, Marketing, or Finance preferred; 10-15 years of Corporate Travel Management experience may be substituted in place of degree.3-5 years of Corporate Travel experience required3-5 years of management experience requiredProficient in Microsoft Office, strong emphasis in ExcelExpense management and HRIS software experienceMust be detail oriented, analytical, and organizedEffective verbal and written communication skills with internal staff, management, and external vendors.Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policyMust be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
