Role Overview:

The role of the Case Consultant is to create and review Financial Plans for Advisors while providing world class service and support. The Case Consultant will work proactively with Advisors, their staff and home office associates to drive planning results and plan implementation while providing a client-focused experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepares and reviews fee-based financial plans for clients of Eagle Strategies LLC in conjunction with the planner
  • Provides financial planning advice and expertise and partners with individual Advisors and their staff to address a wide range of planning issues facing families, business executives, and small business owners
  • Identifies efficiencies and best practices while working with Advisors to drive planning results
  • Focuses on helping Advisors run more efficient and profitable planning practices
  • Initiates and provides leadership in special projects designed to promote advice-driven services
  • Has baseline knowledge regarding core company products and services
  • Works with other departments within larger New York Life organization to leverage knowledge and expertise
  • Participates in the development and delivery of financial planning training programs for Advisors and other associates

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience
  • Series 7 and 65/66 within 24 months of hire, CFP or ChFC designation within 36 months of hire
  • Working knowledge of Financial Planning Software (i.e., eMoney)
  • Ability to create (both written and designed) guidance on planning software that is targeted to the Financial Planners
  • Requires working knowledge of Financial Planning concepts and software

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Please note : This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
