Corporate Vice President - SAP FSCD SpecialistRole Overview:
  • The SAP Collections and Disbursements (FSCD) Specialist is accountable and responsible for implementation and maintaining SAP FSCD and S/4 HANA systems.
  • The SAP FSCD Specialist is responsible for project integration of varying sizes and delivering projects within program expectations, on time through improved productivity and performance.
  • The SAP FSCD Specialist demonstrates leadership competencies by engaging with cross-functional teams tomanage project delivery lifecycle, from conception, blueprint, realization to go-live and support.
  • The SAP FSCD Specialist supports large, complex projects, working with distributed teams together to focus on execution and delivery.What You'll Do:
    • Responsible for defining, planning, tracking, and managing SAP FSCD projects successfully by identifying key resources and providing direction to meet defined objectives.
    • Lead and support S/4 HANA Finance pursuits and engage with all development initiatives.
    • Supervise and coach junior colleagues and manage parts of project engagements.
    • SAP FSCD specialists deliver the technology and services to help meet business performance goals and improve processes.
    • Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between business and technology teams.
    • Participate in project planning activities and manage the execution of enhancements and multiple parallel projects.
    • Manage relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project deliverables.What You'll Bring:
      • Functional proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 7+ years of industry or consulting experience.
      • Experience in defining systems strategy, developing SAP Finance systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing business solutions under multiple deadlines.
      • At least 7 years of SAP experience implementing SAP FSCD by defining scope, performing business re-engineering, configuration, customizations, go-live operations, and support.
      • Experience in finance data conversions, data validation, design and maintenance of interfaces and extensions.
      • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions and as a team lead on at least 2+ full cycle implementations.Skills:
        • At least 7-10 years of SAP experience with complex and multiple projects (both complete core template design/build/validation, roll-out, and support) in the area of SAP S/4 FSCD and with hands-on experience in the following areas: premiums, collections, and disbursements.
        • Experience in integration with other modules such as FI, reporting FP-SL is preferred. Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, teamwork, multiple teams interaction) is required.
        • Perform configuration of SAP FSCD for setting up business partners, customers, insurance policies, and insurance contracts for business transactions including payments, clearing, invoices, printed evaluations, reports, and statements.
        • Deploy SAP disbursement and dunning solutions including workflow approvals, payment program, bank files processing, returns lots, and reconciliation with legacy systems.
        • Collaborate with external banking systems to develop interfaces to banks and SAP systems to process inbound and outbound ACH transactions, wire transactions, check encashment, and positive pay.
        • Analyze SAP requirements and translate functional specifications into SAP ABAP technical specifications.
        • Implement SAP solutions using SAFe Agile methodology and using tools and accelerators.
        • Functional proficiency with at least 3+ full lifecycle SAP Finance implementation experience including some experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Finance.
        • SAP Certification and hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA Finance module is preferred.
        • Working on SAFe Agile methodology is desirable.
        • Strong understanding of the integration points with other modules.
        • Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work with multiple teams and time zones.
        • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
          • Bachelor's degree in information technologies, computer science, business, or equivalent.
          • Master's degree in information technologies, computer science, or business preferred.
          • Deep functional knowledge in the areas of finance within the financial services industry.
          • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.Pay TransparencySalary Range: $122,500-$210,000Discretionary bonus eligible: YesActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
