We are looking for a skilled and passionate Corporate Wellness Program Manager to lead and manage our wellness initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of our corporate clients and drive meaningful impact.Job Overview:The Corporate Wellness Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing wellness programs for our corporate clients. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, designing customized wellness solutions, and overseeing the execution and evaluation of wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wellness program management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for promoting employee health and well-being.Key Responsibilities:Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive wellness programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of corporate clients. This includes creating strategies to address physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and work-life balance through Ceras Health technologyClient Consultation: Partner with corporate clients to understand their wellness objectives, assess current programs, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide expert guidance on best practices and innovative wellness solutions.Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Ceras Health wellness programs, including scheduling events, and managing logistics. Ensure programs are delivered effectively and align with client expectations.Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the performance and impact of wellness programs using metrics such as participation rates, employee feedback, and health outcomes. Prepare regular reports for clients and make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to promote employee participation and engagement in wellness programs. Create engaging content and communications to motivate and inform employees about wellness initiatives.Training and Support: Provide training and support to client organizations on wellness program administration and best practices. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure wellness programs are aligned with company goals and client needs.Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in corporate wellness. Continuously seek out and integrate new and effective wellness practices and technologies.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Public Health, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Health Education Specialist, Certified Wellness Practitioner) are a plus.* 3-5 years of experience in managing wellness programs or related roles, preferably within a corporate or organizational setting.* Strong understanding of wellness principles and best practices, including physical fitness, nutrition, mental health, and work-life balance.* Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.* Proficiency in using wellness program management software and tools.* Data-driven with strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and make informed recommendations.* Passion for promoting employee health and well-being, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
