JOB : Architect/Interior Designer (5+ years experience)
TYPOLOGY : Corporate / Commercial Workplace Design
Join an innovative team and help redefine corporate commercial spaces! You will specialize in designing modern, efficient, and inspiring office buildings and workspaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the team that develops corporate commercial projects from concept to completion (SD-CA).
- Produce detailed CDsets using Revit.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
- Contribute to a creative, fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Architecture or Interior Design
- 3+ years of experience in corporate commercial workplace design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing involvement in workplace design, including CDsets, rendering, sketching and material/finish selection
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong design and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Full legal authorization to work in the US WITHOUT sponsorship.
- Must be located in New York OR have plans to relocate to New York before the start date.
