You will conduct orientation for inmate workers, which includes facility and plant regulations, job expectations, and safety guidelines. Your responsibilities will include training and supervising inmates in tasks such as preparing shipping orders, invoices, packing lists, inventory records, and other record-keeping duties. Additionally, you will oversee the packaging, storage, and shipping of finished goods. This position also involves training and monitoring inmate workers in the operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery used in the shipping and receiving processes.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week Work hours are 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday. This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
