As a Correspondence Associate at Alleviate, you'll be an essential part of our mission to provide exceptional service. In this role, you will manage client communications with care, sorting, processing, and filing correspondence to keep everything running smoothly. Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM Location: Fully In-Office (Irvine, CA) Compensation: $20 per hour ABOUT THE COMPANY: Alleviate is one of the fastest growing companies in the Debt Relief space. WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Correspondence Associate plays a vital role in managing and processing client correspondence efficiently and accurately, in addition to providing additional levels of customer service to our clients via written communications.
  • Review, sort, and organize incoming mail and email correspondence.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in addressing time-sensitive and legally important matters, demonstrating a self-driven approach to responsibilities.
  • Act as a Zendesk agent, responding to inquiries and managing ticket resolutions.
  • Perform functions within the CRM system as required to maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments as needed to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Document interactions and updates in client accounts accurately.
  • Provide written support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize email and internal communication platforms, as well as tools like Zendesk and CRM systems.
  • Prepare professional business correspondence as required.
  • Review incoming communications to determine necessary actions and appropriate disposition.
  • Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Administrative or office experience preferred
  • Ticketing system experience (such as Zendesk or a similar platform), CRM, and telephony preferred
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to type 45 plus words per minute
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency in providing adequate customer service in a timely manner
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
