Our client is currently seeking a Plant Costing Manager with experience in the manufacturing industry.

This position is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities at the manufacturing facility. It requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure the plant's financial well-being and adherence to company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Product costing, determining preliminary costing of products, finalizing margins
- Perform inventory monitoring including physical counts, reporting of variance
- Conduct as needed analysis and completion of special projects, including capital expenditure
- Work collaboratively with Operations on budgeting and lowering of costs at all levels.
- Responsible for all financial closing processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of plant manufacturing environment, and cost accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, inventory, cost control and financial management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies
- ERP experience
