DataX Connect is representing a specialist Project Management and Consulting firm who are hiring TWO experienced Cost Managers to oversee budget and cost management for a high-profile hyperscale data center project in Berkeley & Dorchester County, SC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from start to finish, ensuring budget alignment and high standards.
- Prepare detailed project reports and budgets and assist with change orders.
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Reconcile project data with client financial systems.
- Handle payment applications and invoices.
- Present key cost data to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Construction Management, or 7-10 years of cost management experience.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with cost management software and Google Suite (Quickbase/e-Builder is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
