Alternative Solutions Counseling and Coaching is a clinician-founded local private practice group. We put a lot of emphasis on the thought that our clinical team, to be accessible to clients, must fully support our clinicians by allowing them to do what they are trained to do. Qualifications:

• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Master's program
• Approved by the board as a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, or Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
• Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the DSM under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation: This is a Fee-for-service position, and earning potential is $40,000 - $50,000(could vary based on # of sessions and bonus opportunities). The pay will increase bi-annually as skills are increased. Your interviewer will discuss total compensation during the interview.
