Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at BlueBird Trauma Counseling located in Wichita Falls, TX for a Counselor/LPC/Associate/Intern. The role involves providing counseling services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating group therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Counselor/Therapist Associate license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in trauma-informed care and counseling techniques
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations for counseling practices
