Liberty, NC. The ideal candidate will utilizeexpertise in research principles, capability development, and diverse engineering disciplines toexecute program management tasks. This role specifically involves defeating emerging threatsfrom un-crewed systems. The goal is to effectively address both current and future capabilitydevelopment initiatives.Must Be a US CitizenMust have a Top Secret clearance.Responsibilities
- Conduct research and manage programs related to the acquisition, development, and
- sustainment of counter un-crewed systems (CUXS) technologies.
- Provide in-depth technical analysis of highly specialized systems and technologies to
- support decision-making, synchronization, and prioritization.
- Draft and review acquisition and program documentation, including ICDs, CDDs, SOWs,
- and AARs.
- Coordinate with diverse teams across government, industry, and labs to ensure alignment
- of program objectives.
- Participate in demonstrations, planning teams, and acceptance/operational testing.
- Track advancements in COTS equipment and integrate new tech into existing systems.
- Advise on acquisition strategies and overall project goals within the CUXS/ETD
- portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Over 12 years of expertise in Program/Project Management, Defense Acquisition, Contracting, and Test and Evaluation
- Knowledge of Force Protection, Counter Un-crewed Systems, Missile Defense, Electronic Warfare, Cyber, and Special Operations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- DAU PM level I certified or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- DAU PM level II
- DAU T&E level I or equivalent certified
