Rexel Canada Atlantic Division, a leader in the energy solutions & electrical distribution industry, is looking for a **Counter/Warehouse Associate** on an **18-Month Maternity Contract** located in our **Yarmouth** branch.

The Counter/Warehouse Associate is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He/she is also responsible for providing product knowledge to customers and expediting orders quickly and effectively via the counter.
**Responsibilities:**
* Directly service the customer via counter sales and answering phone calls.
* Process and prepare orders and inquiries.
* Maintain a high level of customer service.
* Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives.
* Put away counter and warehouse stock as well as providing help & support for our warehouse with picking orders, shipping and receiving.
* Maintain the showroom, counter shelves and displays.
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge.
* Electrical Technology Diploma or appropriate electrical distribution industry experience preferred.
* The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Good organizational skills.
* Computer literacy is an asset.
