Responsible for transporting Bank-related materials and performing other various office duties; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information. Essential Duties. Responsible for the transport of Bank-related materials as illustrated by the following:a. Provides courier service between offices on a scheduled basis as assigned.b. Picks up incoming mail at the Post Office; separates and/or scans the mail and distributes both electronically and physically as appropriate; transports outgoing mail to the Post Office.c. Act as the primary person responsible for the operation and maintenance of mail posting machine including inventorying and replenishment of postage supplies, including large mailings. Works with supervisor to assure postage account is sufficient for mail demands and for non-routine maintenance.d.
