Posting dates for internal transfers:October 21, 2024, through October 23, 2024BASIC FUNCTION:To provide safe and timely transportation of patients from their home to hospital tests, and procedures and back. To provide safe and timely transportation for the delivery of supplies, specimens, drugs and paperwork to other hospitals, physicians' offices, nursing homes and other facilities. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:High school graduate or equivalent; CPR certified within 3 months of hire/transfer; valid Ohio driver's license; clean driving record; ability to drive car / van in all weather conditions, day and night driving, long distance to and from large surrounding cities; and knowledge of the surrounding area. Must be computer-literate to complete task(s) as required. Must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of two years licensed driving experience to be a driver for hospital-owned vehicles.
