As an Insurance Coverage Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and expertise on insurance matters. This includes reviewing policies, assessing claims, and advising clients on coverage issues. Your knowledge and experience will be valued as you navigate complex insurance laws and regulations to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Essential Job Functions Experience writing opinions are a huge plusConduct thorough analysis of insurance policies and contractsProvide legal advice on coverage matters and claimsCommunicate with clients to understand their needs and objectivesEvaluate potential risks and develop strategies for mitigationRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings Skills Required Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)Minimum of 5 years of experience in Insurance Coverage lawStrong understanding of insurance policies, laws, and regulationsExcellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills The expected compensation for this position is in the attractive range of $120-250k, depending on your experience and any portable business.
