This is a hybrid role, ideally based in CoverWallet's NY headquarters.Your Impact as a COO, CoverWalletAs a member of CoverWallet leadership, you will lead and grow a highly professional team, delivering industry-leading service, analytics, and guidance to our businesses. As COO, you will participate in the development and execution of strategic plans that deliver on our 10x growth objective over the next 3 years. You will strengthen the portfolio investment identification, prioritization and selection process; and evaluate capabilities of competitors, carriers, fintech/insurtech, and other third parties, as well as client needs to support decisions that improve revenue growth trajectory and operating efficiency and effectiveness.Comfortable working in a complex environment, you will deliver results whilst dealing with ambiguity, partner to gain consensus, be objective, accurate, and provide actionable suggestions and guidance to stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:Lead the CoverWallet operations function, delivering service utilizing CoverWallet, Aon Business Services, and Third Party resources to optimize service levels and cost.Implement a strategy to optimally scale the operations area in support of domestic and international businesses.In partnership with the People team, assist in the development and execution of staffing strategy (e.g., capacity analysis, recruitment, training, compensation, etc.).Conduct regular business and operational reviews and drive improvement planning consistent with the strategic business plan.Lead business and operational aspects of pre-/post-merger integration planning and execution.Develop integration plan with Aon Business Services.Manage risk and ensure compliance to facilitate rapidly scaling the business.Proactively drive operations and technology initiatives in partnership with the CTO and CPO.Manage remediation of open audits and drive timely closure, ensure client solution readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.You Bring Knowledge and Expertise:10 years of Operational leadership experience in the Insurance / Financial Services Sector.5 years of experience leading and delivering cross-functional, business transformation projects and teams, either in consulting or as part of a Fintech.Demonstrated ability to be successful in dealing with ambiguity and creating partnerships across business areas to deliver outcomes.Bachelor's Degree required.How We Support Our Colleagues:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
