As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a CPIC Analyst to join our team.Position Requirements Responsibilities
- Collect, track, maintain, consolidate, and analyze data sets related to varying OCIO budget portfolios (e.g., IT Portfolio, Capital Investment Funds, Cyber Capital Investment Funds)
- Support and advise on CPIC, PIR, IT Portfolio Management processes
- Provide hands on strategic and tactical advisory services to improve the Agency's CPIC process while reducing complexity and burden
- Make recommendations for improvements to the project and portfolio management policies, procedures, and processes using industry best practices in CPIC and portfolio management
- Serve as primary point of contact between Agency and Components regarding Component CPIC Activities to ensure effective communication between both sets of organizations
- Provide advisory and coaching support to Components CPIC staff and key stakeholders on CPIC processes and programmatic issues
- Analyze cost data and investment performance metrics to inform decision-making and support the optimization of IT investments
- Lead efforts to update processes, review policies, and implement improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of IT capital planning and portfolio management
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews
- Develop and deliver CPIC training courses
- Gather, organize input, and participate in CPIC, PIR, IRB, and other meetings
- Review and update Agency CPIC guidance as changes occur from OMB and other oversight bodies
- Collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with the ability to build direct working relationships with ROCIMG and client teams
- Analyze and synthesize information, formulate and test hypotheses, to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions, and develop and communicate recommendations
- Develop written work products, e.g., process improvement, training content, presentations, research papers, financial analyses, reports, meeting minutes
- Propose and develop metrics and dashboards to demonstrate business benefits
- Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members
- Develop communications tailored to specific audiences
- Work in agile, collaborative environments
- Be flexible, agile, and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies and subject matters
- Drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader project team
- Support marketing, business development and internal activities that are designed to advance the firm
- Support on-demand analysis and tasks
Position RequirementsFormal Education, Certification & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a 4-year accredited college or university
- Minimum five years' CPIC work experience
- Five (5) years' experience supporting federal government clients

Preferred Experience
- Previous, client facing, professional services experience
- Hands-on working knowledge of data analytics and advanced Excel skills
- Clear and concise written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and creating dashboards
- Familiarity with financial methods/ computations
- Working knowledge of CPIC process and IT budgets for the Federal Government
- Working knowledge of IT Portfolio Management and OMB requirements and processes

- The preference is for DMV local candidates as periodic in-office/client site presence may be required

Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Salary Salary Range: $85K - $105K plus bonus.Final salary is determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications.
