Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary:
All open positions are Hybrid & On-site, and employees are expected to be on-site as per their approved schedule.
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community and have a desire and ability to work with a diverse population. This is a part-time, student employment position with no benefits. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support in Student Development.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Serve as program support for all CPWD courses and activities;
* Exhibit student serving by responding to all inquiries, concerns, and requests from internal and external constituencies in a helpful, professional, and timely manner;
* Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff members, and guests;
* Provide outreach and communication to community partners and community members.

Required Qualifications:
* Strong organization and communication skills;
* Computer skills including Excel;
* Marketing experience;
* Strong oral communication and customer service skills.

* Demonstrated commitment to working with underserved students;
* Bilingual;
* Marketing campaign experience;
