Job Summary and Responsibilities
This is an hourly position with a premium hourly rate. When the Lead Bartender is working behind the bar they will be part of the tip pool.
- The Lead Bartender functions as a bartender.
- The Lead Bartender may assist in seasonal cocktail creation and menu development.
- The Lead Bartender oversees and executes Trophy Club staff training.
- The Lead Bartender is responsible for monthly inventory.
- The Lead Bartender assists and performs weekly orders as directed by the business General Manager.
- The Lead Bartender upholds and enforces bar cleanliness and all Trophy Club standards of operations.
- The Lead Bartender reports to the business General Manager and receives guidance from them.
- The Lead Bartender provides on-the-spot coaching and guidance for the Trophy Club team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with Toast POS system.
- Knowledge and passion for craft cocktails.
- Ability to work on a team and contribute in a positive manner.
Physical Requirements
- 100% walk and stand.
- Communicate with guests and team members.
- Operate POS system / Toast.
- Ability to use iPad and various applications.
- Reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 50 pounds.
