You must have the knowledge and training to safely perform crane lifts.Establish good customer relationshipsWork with local dispatchTrain riggers for future operator positionsAssist local sales staffAssist maintenance as needed in making crane or truck repairsAttend all required training to meet job requirementsComplete other duties as assigned by ManagementQualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years experience and a strong technical and professional skill set in the safe operations of all size hydraulic cranes. This position will require the ability to properly size cranes and rigging for the tasks at hand and be able to evaluate lift plans for accuracy and safety.
