There is also an annual company holiday party and regular team-building events.* Benefits: Take advantage of paid vacation time, disability and life insurance, sick time, dental and eye care plans, and an optional IRA with employer contributions.Duties and Responsibilities:* Perform operations of a 40-ton, 142 boom length crane on required job sites and work areas.* Go out to job locations to examine and assess the job site.* Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery, conducting basic repairs and routine maintenance as needed.* Follow all required safety guidelines and protocols.* Act as a subject matter expert for crane operation and provide input on project planning.* Communicate and coordinate with the owner and other leadership on project expectations, plans, timelines, and progress.* Perform other duties as needed.About the Company:Green Mountain Crane Service is a family owned and operated business in Swanton, VT.
