Green Mountain Crane Service, a family-owned provider of crane services, is looking for a Crane Operator to join their team in Swanton, VT. Competitive Pay: Earn $30-$35/hour, based upon experience and skill, during your guaranteed 40-hour work week. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform operations of a 40-ton, 142 boom length crane on required job sites and work areas. Go out to job locations to examine and assess the job site. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery, conducting basic repairs and routine maintenance as needed. Follow all required safety guidelines and protocols. Act as a subject matter expert for crane operation and provide input on project planning. Communicate and coordinate with the owner and other leadership on project expectations, plans, timelines, and progress. Perform other duties as needed.
