RESPONSIBILITIESThe job responsibilities of our Creative Director - Art include, but are not limited to:Leadership and Management:
  • Lead the creative department, overseeing major campaigns and projects
  • Provide art direction, feedback, and guidance to creative teams
  • Manage and lead the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Creative Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies and solutions
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Oversee and execute design work for presentations, print, digital, and other media
  • Develop and execute innovative concepts from ideation to completion
Project Management:
  • Establish production schedules and prioritize workstreams
  • Ensure department and project budgets and resources are met
  • Follow responsible data management practices
Healthcare Marketing:
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to healthcare industry regulations and guidelines
  • Communicate complex medical information in an accessible and engaging manner
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare marketing and integrate them into creative strategies
Vendor and Client Relations:
  • Foster vendor relationships that uphold sustainable values
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success
Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously develop creative skills and leadership abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in senior creative roles
  • Expertise with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Extensive creative project management experience
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of healthcare marketing and regulations
  • Commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility
  • Ability to effectively manage teams, timelines, and budgets
WORK ENVIRONMENTThis role is primarily remote but may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. It demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings that require clear speech and hearing.
