Role Overview We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and spearhead marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep appreciation for classic automobiles, strong leadership skills, and a keen ability to translate the company's brand and vision into compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with both enthusiasts and collectors. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative aspects of our marketing strategy, including visual identity, digital and print media, video content, and experiential marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative outputs align with our brand's values and business objectives. Reports To Vice President of Marketing Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to consistently deliver innovative and high-quality work. Brand Development: Develop and maintain the visual and narrative identity of the company, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, including digital, print, and event spaces. Campaign Management: Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns that highlight our classic car restoration services, focusing on engaging storytelling that appeals to both vintage car enthusiasts and a broader audience. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and business development teams to integrate creative solutions into broader company initiatives. Act as the key point of contact for all creative output. Project Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of creative projects, from initial concept through to final execution, managing resources and timelines effectively. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and other third-party vendors to ensure high-quality creative execution and brand alignment. Market Trends & Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices. Identify new opportunities to enhance the brand's presence and impact. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications preferred. 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an automotive or luxury goods industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong understanding of classic car culture and the ability to translate this into meaningful creative content. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative software. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including digital, print, and video, luxury products or lifestyle brands preferred. Physical Demands (to include but not limited to) Primarily operates in a professional office setting, requiring extended periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and attending meetings. Ability to move around the office and occasionally travel to off-site locations such as photoshoots, client meetings, and industry events. Strong vision (corrected if necessary) is required for reviewing design work, proofs, and other visual marketing materials. Must have the ability to use a computer, including typing, using design software, and handling print materials. Occasionally required to lift and carry materials, such as marketing samples, presentation boards, or equipment (up to 25 lbs). Ability to travel domestically or internationally for marketing campaigns, events, or photoshoots, which may involve driving or flying. Some duties may require visits to car restoration workshops, automotive shows, or event locations, which may involve standing, walking, or moving around for extended periods. Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed during major campaigns or event deadlines.
